Good place with friendly staff, great wi-fi, and a lovely bar area. The staff helped with local taxi tips during my first stay. I'll be coming back for Christmas!

Fairly clean hotel, approachable staff & marvellous and brilliant location in the West End. Location close enough to a cozy, 3 tube stations and the tube. For shots visit Leinster Arms, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

Location was the only thing I can say was the best, as its located very near to the centre of paddington.
The cleanliness wasnt the best and the room was very basic, which I found very disappointing considering what I paid to stay there. The offer of breakfast was extortionate, £13 for continental £9.00 discount as a guest which is still expensive and £16.00 for an English breakfast. When asked if everything was ok at check out, I didnt really receive much of a response from the staff on duty, although I cant fault the staff on duty the previous evening when checking in. I would not stay here again.

I didn't really enjoyed my stay there. Some of the staff at the reception weren't friendly at all. I've prepaid my bedroom but nobody has the information. I had to ask twice the front office manager to solve the problem. The 24 Room Service is not working. Some staff can't speak properly english.

Having read some reviews prior to arriving, I was expecting a very small room and unhelpful staff. How wrong can you be, the room was a good size to accommodate 3 women, extremely clean. The staff were more than helpful. We didn't use the facilities as it was purely used just to sleep, however I would certainly use it again.

Totally recommend for a short interlude
Comfortable room, convenient location, with the breakfast selection being plentiful and delicious, and it was just a 10-minute walk from Paddington station , made traveling easy.

nothing really. it seemed a bit of a compromise on everything. the staff was slightly better than expected from a hotel of this kind. very over priced for the location ( it is quite far from marble arch as claimed by the management....three bus stops away and then a walk of ten minutes), the family room is a small double room being passed of as a triple room, there is no mini bar ( we had to hang out our baby's milk from the window..talk about innovation!) and no body to prepare your beds for the night. the room is just cleaned in the morning and we were quite disappointed frankly. very very average. the room is not dirty but not worth the effort and price. the only good thing is that there are a few grocery shops nearby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable.
The only downside was the location as it was that bit far away from public transport.
